Prices include VAT. Premium and Premium Plus are subscriptions (monthly or yearly) billed through your Google Play or App Store account; they renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel in the respective store.

Frequently asked questions
Who is KraftMatch for?
Exclusively for companies in the construction industry: construction firms, trade businesses, specialist companies, general contractors and developers. KraftMatch is a B2B tool – private individuals cannot register. The app is currently offered in German for the German-speaking market.
What does KraftMatch cost?
The app is free, including matching, chat, binding award, contract, site diary and payment overview. If you want more reach, you can subscribe to Premium (€29.99 per month) or Premium Plus (€59.99 per month) directly in the app. There are no commissions on awarded jobs.
Is the award in the app legally binding?
The award is confirmed by both sides in the app. Optionally, a contract in text form (Section 126b German Civil Code) can be created and accepted by both parties; every step is logged with a timestamp. Whether and which contract form suits your project is something to clarify with your legal adviser if in doubt.
How does verification work?
Companies can upload documents such as the German tax exemption certificate (§ 48b EStG), trade registration or employers’ liability insurance proof. Verified documents, completed jobs, ratings and response time feed into the trust level (bronze, silver, gold) that clients see in the profile.
Who can see my data and my likes?
Company profiles are visible to registered companies. Likes are private – a match only happens on mutual interest. Chats, contracts and the site diary are visible only to the parties involved. Data is stored on servers in the EU.
How do I cancel a subscription or delete my account?
Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or App Store account (in the app: Profile → Settings → Manage subscription). Delete your account in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account – account and company profile are removed permanently.
Is KraftMatch available for iPhone?
Yes. The Android version is available on Google Play; the iPhone version is currently in review by Apple and will be released on the App Store shortly. Leave your e-mail address below and we will let you know when it launches.
